Name Reel
Name Reel is a Pro feature that lets you record a short video clip of yourself saying your name and attach it to your NameDrop profile. Unlike the standard audio recording, a Name Reel gives viewers a face and a voice together — making introductions feel more personal and the pronunciation easier to remember. Reels appear on your profile page alongside your audio recording and phonetic spelling.
Name Reel launched in May 2026 as part of NameDrop’s Pro tier. It is built directly into the dashboard, so no separate app or plugin is needed — open the recorder, capture a clip of up to 15 seconds, trim if needed, and publish.
