Adding a sound icon instead of “(hear name)”

You can use a small sound icon as your call-to-action instead of plain text like (hear name) or (pronounce).

1. Grab the icon

Right-click and save, or use the direct URL:

2. Add it as a hyperlinked image

• Microsoft Outlook: Outlook signature — add image with link
• Gmail: Make image in your Gmail signature a working hyperlink

Tip

Make sure the hyperlink points to your NameDrop profile URL — for example, https://namedrop.io/<your-username>.

Using the NameDrop icon as your signature mark

If you’d rather brand the link with the NameDrop logo (instead of a generic sound icon), use one of these official sizes:

After inserting the image into your signature, highlight it (or right-click) and add a hyperlink pointing at your NameDrop profile.
