NameDrop signature in Outlook and Hotmail

The screenshots in this walkthrough reflect a 2023 UI; the current dashboard may look different. The general flow is the same. We’re refreshing these — send us feedback if anything is unclear.
This walkthrough covers both Outlook.com and Hotmail — they share the same web interface. It takes about 2 minutes.

Navigate to your NameDrop Dashboard at user.namedrop.io/dashboard.

Click “Email Signature” under Integrations in the left navbar.

Click “Copy Signature” to copy the format of signature you prefer.

Go to your Outlook or Hotmail account at outlook.com.

Click the Settings gear icon on the top right.

Click “Compose and reply” in the settings panel.

Click the “Edit signature name” field and type a name for the new signature (e.g. “NameDrop”).
You can also edit an existing signature instead.

Paste the signature you copied from the NameDrop dashboard into the signature editor below the name field.

Click “Save” to apply your new signature.
After setup
Section titled “After setup”Send yourself a test email — the “(pronounce)” link in your signature should open your NameDrop profile in a new tab and play your name recording.
